  • Negotiating the tenancy contract including all legalities and conveyancing

  • Connecting EJARI, DEWA, DU/Etisalat and Energy services

  • Remote design consultation with in-house designer

  • Complete unpacking and installation service

  • Helping to hire domestic staff

  • Ongoing household management

Light and Shadow

Full Installation Service

Design consultation with in-house designer to align on functionality and aesthetic for the space. 

 

Once the design has been signed off by the client, we handle the complete end to end installation process removing the admin and physical stress associated with furnishing a new home.

Service Includes: 

  • Sourcing and ordering the furniture

  • Unpacking each piece and checking it thoroughly – handling any exchanges / returns / manufacturing issues

  • Installing each piece of furniture as per the agreed design

  • Hanging / placing all accessories
